This is a surreal story world in a dreamlike style and does not have to be related to dreams. The events can be in the real world but absurd, or in the dream world and in the brain. The law of cause and effect often does not apply. Some dreams are realistic while others are so absurd. Sometimes the dreamer wakes up from his dream, sometimes not.
